The maximum time limit for any exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of order.
If you want to make a change because we have made a mistake please contact us by email and we will solve it without additional costs. It is considered our mistake when we have made a mistake in the product or when it has a considerable defect. As these are handmade products and vintage textiles please note that the finish is not always perfect.
We do not accept returns ofpre-ordered products.
If you want to return the product for other reasons or change the size, please send us an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and we will tell you the steps to follow.
In any case, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
- The product must not have been used.
- The return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if the product is not in good condition.
The customer shall bear the shipping costs, it being their responsibility to keep all acknowledgements of receipt and to send the package by registered mail or by any other means that guarantees its tracking and accredits its delivery to our offices.
