3.5.1.- Coverage of the online store.

The service of the online shop is intended for end consumers, in the sense established by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, of the Law of Consumers and Users.

By virtue of the above, this purchase channel is restricted to consumers or final recipients of the products, therefore any professional activity of resale or distribution of the products purchased is prohibited.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the representation of the image of the products on the website is as faithful as possible to reality. Notwithstanding the above, due to the fact that these products are handmade, it is possible that some features, such as colors or texture, may not be correctly appreciated from the images or suffer variations depending on the conditions of your monitor.

3.5.3.- Availability

The availability of the products in the stock consultation and during the purchase process in the online store is mentioned as an indication and therefore will not have a contractual nature, since purchases may be taking place at the same time and the product may be unavailable. No liability is accepted for the lack of stock of any of the models shown.

If the ordered product is not available or if it is out of stock sold out , the user will be informed by e-mail and the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days after payment.

3.5.4.- Currency and Prices

Prices on our website are shown in Euros and US Dollars for all countries. All prices of the products listed on this website include VAT at the rate in force at any given time.

These prices do not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the user.

We reserve the right to change the prices shown on the site without prior notice.

The following means of payment are accepted: Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Where do we deliver?
We ship worldwide. In case you can't find your country in the checkout process, please contact us.

Shipping costs
In Spain, orders over €80 will be shipped free of charge. For smaller orders, the shipping cost will be calculated when you are in the checkout process.

For international shipments, the shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed in the checkout process.

We are not responsible for any additional costs arising from duties, taxes, fees or specific charges that may be levied by the authorities of the destination country.

Orders Spain
The approximate delivery time is 2 to 3 working days, not including preparation time.

EU and UK orders
Orders are shipped via UPS Standard, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 working days.

International orders
Orders are shipped via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.

Tracking your order
All orders are shipped via a secure, trackable shipping method. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Processes

For shipments in Spain and other countries of the European Union if it could not be delivered because the recipient is absent, the company will contact to coordinate the delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made. If still could not be delivered we will contact us to make the shipment again, being the costs of the same assumed by the customer.

3.5.7.- Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you want to make a change because we have made a mistake please contact us by email and we will solve it without additional costs. It is considered our mistake when we have made a mistake in the product or when it has a considerable defect. As these are handmade products and vintage huipiles please note that the finish is not always perfect.

If you want to return the product for other reasons, please send us an email indicating the reason for the exchange or return and we will tell you the steps to follow. Products must be returned in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if the product is not in good condition. In these cases the customer will bear the shipping costs.

The maximum time limit for any exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of order.

3.6.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all relations established with the user shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
